Founded in 1999, Azerbaijan National Automobile Club, in 2015, received the mobility status and became a full member of the International Automobile Federation, which has more than 80 million members and more than 235 member clubs from 140 countries. Membership in FIA ​​grants AMAK an access to outstanding international experience and exchange of knowledge in the field of automotive services and in the field of mobility in general, as well as the opportunity to apply this experience in Azerbaijan, participate in international projects, etc.

Besides, AMAK cooperates with international organizations in conducting a variety of educational and research projects in the field of road safety for people of all ages in Azerbaijan. AMAK is a non-profit organization and all the membership fees received from members are aimed at increasing the number and improving the quality of services provided, as well as at organization of new projects on road safety and mobility.
